The T2 Debt Portfolio

A significant part of T2’s business is the management of its debt fund, the T2 Strategic Real Estate Income Fund (“SREI”). SREI is a balance sheet lender and has full discretion of its investment allocation. The investments generally consist of senior-secured bridge and/or event-driven loans that are used to facilitate property acquisitions, ground-up and value-add construction, note acquisitions, recapitalizations, partnership restructurings, and many other complex and/or time-sensitive situations.
