Steven is an Analyst for T2’s equity strategy, assisting in evaluating and underwriting various investment opportunities. He collaborates with internal teams and external partners to assess projects, track business plans, and ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. His responsibilities also include property due diligence, project updates, and site visits.
Prior to this role, Steven gained experience in equity research and investment management. He supported coverage of technology companies, contributed to research, managed a student investment fund.
Andrew is an associate on T2’s Investor relations team. In this Role, Andrew sources investments for T2’s various funds and co-investment opportunities and works to enhance investor relationships on behalf of T2.
Prior to T2, Andrew served in various positions for the Wheaton College football program, most recently as the Offensive Coordinator.
Jeff is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Co-Chief Investment Officer at T2. In these leadership positions, Jeff is responsible for setting corporate initiatives, business development, operational oversight, and maintaining culture.
Prior to starting T2 in 2011, Jeff served as an Analyst at a Midwest-based family office followed by his tenure as President of a Midwest-based commercial real estate credit syndications company.
Todd is a Senior Project Manager on the Development and Construction team at T2. His nearly 40 years of industry experience is used in managing the execution of the various projects undertaken by T2.
Prior to T2, Todd has managed at the project, division and corporate levels within the homebuilding, retail and healthcare sectors.
Andrea is the Head of Human Resources and Marketing at T2. In this role, Mrs. Gower oversees the recruitment, training, retention, and administration of company policies, benefits, and payroll. Andrea also oversees T2’s marketing efforts and investor services team.
Prior to T2, Andrea served as marketing manager for a non-profit and served in the role of HR at a flagship urban retail store.
Becky brings over 25 years of experience in accounting, finance, and reporting to her role as T2’s Sr. Staff Accountat. Becky oversees and execute various aspects of accounting, finance, and reporting within the organization.
Prior to this role, Ms. Howell held senior accounting advisory positions, directing financial reporting and internal controls for diverse clients. She also managed full-cycle accounting functions for new home construction and land development projects.
Dennis is the Chief Credit Officer at T2. With over 35 years of banking and real estate experience, Mr. Jacobs works among T2’s investment team in sourcing, underwriting, and managing investments for the firm.
Prior to T2, Mr. Jacobs was part of J.P. Morgan’s Real Estate Banking platform and was responsible for loan originations including construction, bridge, term-loans and loans originated for CMBS execution.
Michelle is a Project Manager on T2’s Investor relations team. In this role, Michelle manages investor services and oversees the onboarding and ongoing maintenance of client investments in T2 funds and co-investment opportunities.
Prior to T2, Michelle served as an office manager and paralegal with law firms and a secretary at an elementary school.
Tom is the Director of Acquisitions and Development at T2. In this role, Mr. Lowe is responsible for sourcing commercial real estate acquisitions as well as development opportunities.
Prior to T2, Mr. Lowe had more than 25 years of real estate experience spanning from civil engineering to principal. Mr. Lowe has been involved in the development of more than $1B of real estate consisting of numerous net lease transactions, mixed-use, and multi-family developments.
Brandon is an Analyst for T2’s debt portfolio. In this role, Mr. Orange assists in the evaluation, underwriting, and closing of various bridge loan opportunities.
Prior to T2, Mr. Orange served as an Equity Research Associate for a multinational investment bank and financial services company where he worked with the senior analyst producing research reports and managing various client relationships.
Thomas is a Senior Associate on T2’s Investor Relations team. In this role, Mr. Oster sources investments for T2’s various funds and co-investment opportunities and works to enhance investor relationships on behalf of T2.
Prior to T2, Mr. Oster worked as an investment broker during which time he underwrote in excess of $1 billion worth of real estate.
Mike is a Director, Head of Investor Relations at T2. In this role, Mike oversees all aspects of sourcing, managing, and enhancing investor relationships on behalf of T2. Prior to joining T2, Mike served as a Vice President at a Chicago-based real estate private equity firm. Mike began his career with AllianceBernstein where he held a variety of roles within AB’s North America Client Group in both New York and Chicago.
Mike is a graduate of Trinity College and has his MBA from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Kiki is an Associate for T2’s equity portfolio. In this role, Mrs. Rogers assists in the evaluation and underwriting of various investment opportunities.
Prior to T2. Mrs. Rogers worked as a financial analyst assisting with various hedging efforts for corporations managing their interest rate, foreign exchange, and commodity risks.
Nate is a Special Ops Asset Manager at T2. In this role, Mr. Serenius evaluates prospective investments, conducts due diligence, manages existing investments and assists with various fund administration activities.
Prior to T2, Mr. Serenius was a credit analyst and served as an underwriter focusing on various loan structures including revolving credit lines, commercial mortgages and asset-based lending.
Garrett is a Senior Project Manager for T2. With over 10 years of construction and real estate experience in multifamily, mixed-use, office, hospitality, and theme park projects, Garrett manages full construction and development teams across T2’s projects from architects to engineers to general contractors. He also assists in the evaluation of potential projects based on the construction risks and costs.
Prior to T2, he worked as a project and development management consultant with a background in general contracting.
Tim is a Project Manager at T2 with over 20 years of experience in real estate construction, rehab, and project management expertise. In his role at T2, Mr. Tabla assists in construction oversight for various projects while tracking budgets, construction schedules, and proformas.
Prior to joining T2, Mr. Tabla worked for one of Chicago’s largest multi-family landlords as a Construction Manager, responsible for all aspects of the project including management of all trades and subcontractors. A native of Romania, Mr. Tabla grew up in the Chicago suburbs and holds a general contractor’s license.
Aaron is a Special Ops Asset Manager at T2. In this role, Mr. Tink manages existing investments, assists in evaluating prospective investments, conducts due diligence, and assists in various fund administration activities.
Prior to T2, Mr. Tink served as a property manager for a 520-unit multi-family property. Before that, he spent several years working at the at the Chicago Board of Trade.
Dan is the Chief Lending Officer at T2. In this role, Mr. Van Prooyen oversees T2’s commercial real estate loan originations.
Prior to T2, Mr. Van Prooyen spent 19 years as a commercial real estate lender for both publicly and privately held commercial banks in Chicago. His lending experience spans multiples asset classes and includes land development, acquisition, construction, bridge, and long-term facilities for individual and private equity investors.
Dan is the Director of Development and Construction at T2. With over 30 years of real estate entitlement and construction experience, Mr. Venard oversees the management of T2’s development and construction projects, while also evaluating prospective real estate opportunities.
Prior to T2, he owned a commercial general contracting and consulting firm with experience in acquisitions, entitlements, land development, residential and commercial construction as well as greenfield development in the renewable energy sector.
Corum brings extensive experience in commercial real estate lending to his role as Regional Lending Director. Corum oversees sourcing and preliminarily screening commercial real estate loan opportunities, networking to originate new loans, and working closely with other T2 personnel to evaluate potential loans in the Southeast regioun as part of T2’s bridge lending platform.
Prior to T2, Corum worked in commercial real estate lending, originating relationships, evaluating investment opportunities across major asset classes, and directing full-scale underwriting and structuring of credit facilities for diverse real estate projects. He also provided oversight for portfolio management and regulatory compliance for originated loans.
Cara is the Chief Financial Officer at T2. In this role Cara oversees all aspects of T2’s financial operations.
Cara is a Certified Public Accountant. Prior to joining T2, Cara served as Senior Manager at ORBA, a medium-sized public accounting firm in Chicago, where she performed audit, tax, and business advisory services. Cara began her career PricewaterhouseCoopers in their audit and assurance division.
