T2 Strengthens Firm with Key Hires in Analytics, Finance, and Lending
Wheaton, IL, (October 6, 2025) – T2 Capital Management, a real estate private equity firm with over $1.4 billion in assets under management, has announced the addition of three new team members across its Analytics, Finance, and Lending divisions. These strategic hires reflect the firm’s continued commitment to operational excellence, investment execution, and regional lending expansion.
Steven Ball | Analyst
Location: Wheaton, IL (Headquarters)
Steven joins T2 as an analyst, supporting the evaluation and underwriting of investment opportunities. He collaborates with internal teams and external partners to assess projects and track business plans, while also contributing to the asset management of T2’s equity portfolio. His role includes assisting with property due diligence, monitoring projects, identifying risks, fostering relationships and ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Steven recently graduated from Wheaton College with a B.A. in Economics.
Becky Howell | Staff Accountant
Location: Wheaton, IL (Headquarters)
Becky joins the finance team as a staff accountant, where she will oversee and execute various aspects of accounting, finance, and reporting. Her responsibilities include managing the month-end and quarter-end close processes, preparing and reviewing investor reports and financial statements, handling daily cash management, and delivering financial insights to firm leadership, all while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
Prior to joining T2, Becky was the Director of Client Accounting Advisory Services at a public accounting firm.
Corum Webb | Southeast Lending Director
Location: Nashville, TN
Corum brings his experience in commercial real estate lending to T2’s bridge lending platform. As regional lending director for the Southeast, he is responsible for sourcing and preliminarily screening loan opportunities. Corum focuses on deal origination and underwriting while working closely with internal teams to ensure that opportunities meet T2’s lending criteria.
Prior to joining T2 Coum served as Vice President of Commercial Real Estate at a regional bank
