T2 Capital Management is pleased to announce that it has closed on a $6,400,000 first mortgage loan to finance the acquisition of the 20-story, 250,000+SF Kentucky Home Life Building in downtown Louisville, Kentucky. The historic landmark building was constructed in 1912 and is poised to be redeveloped into a mixed-use concept that includes a hotel, urban loft apartments and ground-floor retail.
