T2 Capital Management is pleased to announce that it closed on a $5,750,000 first mortgage loan to facilitate the acquisition of a 5.83-acre tract of land located in Holly Springs, GA, approximately 35 miles north of Atlanta. The site is fully entitled for a proposed single-family rental development that is pre-sold to a national REIT. In order to accommodate the vertical development, T2 negotiated a tri-party agreement with a national homebuilder and closed the loan in 30 days.
