WHEATON, IL—T2 Capital Management, LLC welcomes three new employees to its team.
Tim Tabla joined the team as a project manager. His 20 years of experience in real estate construction, rehab, and project management provides invaluable insight into projects as he provides construction oversite, tracks budgets, schedules, and assists with proformas.
Kiki Rogers joined the team as an associate. Kiki formerly worked as a financial analyst for Chatham Financial assisting with various hedging efforts for corporations managing their interest rate, foreign exchange, and commodity risk. Kiki will use her expertise to assist with underwriting and due diligence on T2’s prospective investments and work closely with the asset management team post-acquisition.
Thomas Oster joined the team as an associate. Previously working as an investment broker for Marcus & Millichap, Thomas underwrote more than $1 billion worth of real estate. Thomas will be assisting T2 with sourcing new investment opportunities and work closely with the underwriting and asset management teams.
These three new employees complement the existing team of highly skilled individuals. Their addition enables T2 to continue as a fully integrated real estate investment firm with its growing debt and equity portfolios.
