T2 Capital Management, a fully integrated, private equity real estate investment firm with $1.4 bn+ AUM, is pleased to announce the addition of two new members to its investor relations team. The firm welcomes Michael Ritter and Andrew Bowers, both of whom embody T2’s core characteristics of diligence, stewardship, and excellence. Both individuals will play essential roles in expanding the firm’s base of investors, while also providing essential support to T2’s existing platform.
Michael Ritter joins the team as Head of Investor Relations. Having spent more than a decade in the financial services industry, Michael brings a strong track record of experience in real estate private equity as well as capabilities in sourcing, managing, and enhancing investor relationships. Prior to joining T2, Michael was Vice President of Capital Raising and Investor Relations at Blue Vista Capital Management. Michael will be based out of T2’s Wheaton, IL office. | |
Andrew Bowers joined the team as an Associate. Andrew will play a critical part on the investor relations team where he will apply his fresh perspective to the industry as he assists in expanding T2’s investor base and enhancing existing investor relationships on behalf of T2. Andrew will be based out of T2’s Nashville, TN office. |
