T2 Capital Management, a fully integrated, private equity real estate investment firm with $1.4 bn+ AUM, is pleased to announce the addition of four team members to its equity and tactical teams as the firm builds off the success of its Tactical Opportunity Fund I and in anticipation of its robust pipeline of projects coming to fruition.
The firm is excited to welcome Cara Wills, Todd Collins, Garrett Smith and Ian Venard, as each individual embodies T2’s core characteristics of diligence, stewardship, resourcefulness, and excellence that are paramount to the firm’s success.

Cara Wills joined the team as a fund controller. Cara has spent the past 25 years in the accounting and business advisory service industry bringing with her exceptional fund oversight experience. Prior to joining T2, Cara was a senior manager at Ostrow Reisin Berk & Abrams, Ltd. and also spent several years as a senior associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers. |

Todd Collins joined the team as a senior project manager on the development and construction team. He has nearly 40 years of industry experience, and provides valuable skills managing the execution of projects spanning multi-family, build-to-rent, and for sale residential developments. Prior to joining the T2 team, Todd was a project director at Walgreens. |

Garrett Smith joined the team as a senior project manager. He has more than 10 years of construction and real estate experience in multifamily, mixed-use, office, hospitality, and theme park projects. Garrett manages construction and development teams as well as assists in the evaluation of potential projects based on the construction risks and costs. Previously, Garrett was a project manager at Project Management Advisors, Inc. |

Ian Venard joined the team as an assistant project manager. Ian will apply his fresh perspective to the industry as he assists with sourcing commercial real estate acquisitions and development opportunities across multi-family, build-to-rent, and for sale residential developments. He will also provide administrative support to the tactical team. |
