As a balance sheet lender with full discretion over our investment allocation, we specialize in senior-secured bridge and/or event-driven loans. These flexible loans are typically used to facilitate a wide range of needs, including property acquisitions, ground-up and value-add construction, note acquisitions, recapitalizations, partnership restructurings, and other complex or time-sensitive situations.
Equity Strategy
T2 actively pursues the opportunistic acquisition and development of select property types within high-growth markets.
We leverage our in-house expertise in engineering, construction, leasing, and property management, allowing for an efficient and collaborative approach to assessing every investment opportunity. Our most recent investments have focused on multi-family and student housing properties located primarily within the southeastern U.S.
