The T2 Equity Portfolio

T2 is actively engaged in the opportunistic acquisition and development of select property types in growth markets.  With the benefit of in-house expertise in engineering, construction, leasing, and property management, T2 utilizes an efficient and collaborative approach in assessing investment opportunities.  The most recent investments have consisted of multi-family as well as student housing properties within the southeastern US.
