Jud Henry

Regional Director

Jud is a Regional Director of Credit Strategies at T2, based in Atlanta. With nearly two decades of commercial real estate, debt, and brokerage experience, Mr. Henry leads deal origination, market expansion, and execution for T2’s credit and lending strategies throughout the Southeast.

Prior to joining T2, Mr. Henry served as Broker/Owner of Skye Louis Realty, where he acquired and scaled the South Florida-based brokerage before successfully exiting the business in 2022. Mr. Henry began his commercial real estate career with CBRE in Chicago, where he developed a strong foundation in transaction execution, client advisory, and complex real estate assets.
