Jon Youhanie , CPA

Fund Accounting Manager

Jonathan is the Fund Accounting Manager at T2. With over 10 years of experience spanning real estate finance, fund operations, and investor reporting, Mr. Youhanaie oversees financial management, master-feeder and REIT compliance, and investor capital schedules across T2’s investment vehicles.

Prior to T2, Mr. Youhanaie served as Vice President of Finance and Head of ESG at Mesirow Institutional Real Estate Direct Investments, where he managed financial reporting for closed-end funds exceeding $2.5 billion in assets and supported multifamily portfolio operations. He previously worked at Northern Trust Hedge Fund Services as a Financial Control Consultant and served as a Staff Sergeant in the United States Air Force.
