Chris Cecchin

Director of Acquisitions | Student Housing

Chris is the Director of Acquisitions for Student Housing at T2. With a strong track record across commercial real estate transactions, Mr. Cecchin works within T2’s investment team to source, underwrite, and execute value-add and core-plus student housing acquisitions.

Prior to T2, Mr. Cecchin served as Vice President of Acquisitions at Article Student Living, where he closed nearly $500 million in student housing investments. He began his real estate career on BMO’s Real Estate Corporate Banking team, issuing corporate-level debt.
