T2 Capital Management is proud to announce that its HQ Residences development has been named one of the Mt. Prospect Projects of the Year by the Village of Mount Prospect’s Economic Development Commission. The prestigious award, presented during the Mayor’s annual State of the Village address, recognizes transformative projects that significantly enhance the community’s growth and development.

 HQ Residences, a six-story mixed-use development, was built on the former site of the Mount Prospect Police and Fire Headquarters in downtown Mount Prospect. The project features 87 rental units, including a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as six two-story townhomes with attached two-car garages. The development also boasts 3,200 square feet of retail space, which will soon be home to Coco & Maple, a sister location of the beloved local café CoCo & Blu.

 Residents of HQ Residences enjoy a host of premium amenities, including a spacious lounge, state-of-the-art fitness center, an on-site pickleball court, and secure garage parking. The project’s thoughtful design and high-quality execution have contributed to the ongoing revitalization of downtown Mount Prospect, reinforcing the village’s commitment to smart growth and vibrant community spaces.
