The first was a retail build-to-suit renovation for a confidential publicly traded company in Southeast Michigan. This $11.25 million loan was closed in fifteen days from application. The second loan of $16.35 million was for multiple multifamily buildings in Wheeling, IL. T2 was able to execute a relatively complex closing involving various pre-closing conditions from multiple sellers and working through collateral release provisions with a previous lender.
