T2 Strategic Real Estate Income Fund (SREI) recently closed on three loans. The construction, bridge, and acquisition loans, which totaled over $23 million, showcase T2’s adaptability and surety of execution in providing a quick close.
T2 Capital Management, met deadline for a year-end closing, on the $2.175 million dollar loan.
The initial request for the funds was made 3 days prior to closing. The $1.65 million loan facilitated the recapitalization of a 13,000 SF mixed-use building located in Wheaton, IL.
The $60 million first mortgage loan is the largest loan to date for T2. The loan facilitated the acquisition of a student housing portfolio which consists of 10 buildings totaling 370-units (918 beds).
T2 Capital Management, LLC recent loan facilitated the acquisition of a 96,000 sf multi-tenant industrial / office building located in Chicago’s South Loop.
