Our Story
Founded in the wake of the Great Financial Crisis, T2 was born from a belief in opportunity amidst challenge.
Inspired by the Parable of the Talents, our name reflects our commitment to be faithful stewards of the resources entrusted to us. T2 expands into Nashville with new office downtown.

T2’s open-end credit fund eclipses $1.0 billion funded since inception.

Largest project to date: $98M, 332-unit multifamily development in Huntsville, AL.

$1 billion milestone surpassed; awarded $40 million allocation through Citi’s Action for Racial Equity initiative.

Tactical Opportunity Fund launched as part of T2’s evolution into a fully integrated platform.
