Nashville Breaks New Ground with The Heritage at Broadway
Nashville, TN. (Nov. 13, 2025) — T2 Capital Management celebrated the groundbreaking of The Heritage at Broadway, a transformative project set to breathe new life into one of downtown Nashville’s most storied sites. The six-story, 70,000-square-foot mixed-use destination will offer residents and visitors unparalleled access to Nashville’s most iconic attractions, overlooking the Cumberland River, steps from Broadway’s vibrant entertainment district, and directly across from Nissan Stadium. Located on Second Avenue North, the development revitalizes and restores a historic property left vacant and uninhabitable by the 2020 Christmas bombing.

The Heritage at Broadway is set to redefine urban living with 50 luxury residential condominiums, all of which will be available for use as short-term rentals, alongside a new 10,000-square-foot retail space designed to invigorate the Second Avenue corridor. The project began presales in February of this year, and is already 60% presold.
