The loan facilitated the acquisition of a 96,000 sf multi-tenant industrial / office building located in Chicago’s South Loop. The building was acquired via a real estate auction with no purchase extension available. T2 expedited its $2.86 million first mortgage loan to meet a 45-day deadline.
